Exchange & Return Policy
For any returns or exchanges, just shoot us an email at walkinlovebiz@gmail.com!
Here’s the deal:
- Let us know about any issues within seven days of delivery.
- If you’ve got a size issue or received the wrong product, you can request an exchange within seven days (including the delivery day).
- We can swap it for another size or the right product of the same value, and there are no extra charges. We’ll even arrange for a reverse pickup!
- If the new product costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference online.
- Make sure the products have the original sticker label, are folded nicely, and packed well to avoid damage during transit. If not, we can’t process the exchange.
- We only do refunds for genuine cases of defective products. If you received a faulty item, email our support team at walkinlovebiz@gmail.com with your order details, the issue, and some pics of the defect.
- In rare cases where a return is accepted (no delivery issues and the right order was sent), we’ll deduct Rs 100 from your refund for the reverse pickup service since logistics costs have gone up.
- Refunds will go back to the same bank account used for the purchase or to the account you provide.
- Keep in mind that the T-shirt’s color and design might vary a bit from what you see on our website or social media.
- Returns and refunds aren’t possible for slight color or design variations.
- If we find that the defect was caused by your actions, we won’t be able to refund you.
- To avoid issues, don’t accept damaged packages at delivery.
- We can refuse returns or exchanges if the merchandise doesn’t qualify.
- Exchange/Return requests are processed once per order.
- Any product that’s been used or washed can’t be exchanged or refunded.
- Products bought during a sale or with a discount code aren’t eligible for refunds.
- Free exchanges for size issues, but no refunds for size issues.
