We ship your products within 24 to 48 working hours.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders in India usually arrive in about 5-8 working days, depending on your shipping address and other factors like public holidays or extreme weather. In some rare cases, it might take up to 2 weeks if the product's availability is an issue. For areas in Jammu Kashmir and the North East, delivery may take up to 10 working days.

How do I track my order?
We’ll send tracking info to your email once your product ships. If you haven’t received it, just drop us a line at walkinlovebiz@gmail.com within 48 hours of placing your order.

Which courier companies do you use?
We ship with Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, and EcomExpress based on your pincode.

What if tracking shows my product was delivered, but I haven’t received it?
This is pretty rare since packages are usually received by family, neighbors, flatmates, or delivered to the office mail room. In genuine cases, we’ll refund you after a thorough investigation, which takes about 10 working days. If you get a delivery notification but haven’t received your product, let us know within 48 hours. We’ll raise the issue with our courier partner right away. After that timeframe, it’ll be tough for us to take action, and we won’t be liable for any losses.
