Cancellation Policy

At Walk In Love, we understand that sometimes you may need to make changes after placing an order. We try our best to accommodate cancellation requests before your order moves into processing.

Order Cancellation

Customers can request order cancellation within 6 hours of placing the order.

To cancel your order, please email us at walkinlovebiz@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Cancellation request

If your cancellation request is received within the eligible time period, we will cancel your order and process the refund (if applicable).

Cancellation After 6 Hours

After 6 hours from order placement, cancellation requests may not be accepted as your order may have already moved into printing, production, packing, or shipping.

Since our products are processed on demand, once production has started, we may not be able to stop or modify the order.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

For successfully cancelled prepaid orders, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method wherever possible.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund is applicable since payment has not been collected.

Order Changes

If you entered incorrect details such as size, address, or contact information, please contact us as soon as possible within 6 hours of placing the order.

We will try our best to update the details before the order moves into processing.

Important Notes

  • Walk In Love reserves the right to approve or reject cancellation requests depending on the order status.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • Once shipped, customers can refer to our Exchange, Return, and Refund Policies for eligible cases.
