Refund Policy

At Walk In Love, we want you to have a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. Every product is carefully printed and checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we're here to help.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be raised within 15 days from the date of delivery.

A refund may be approved in the following cases:

  • You received a defective or damaged product.
  • You received an incorrect product.
  • The delivered product has a genuine manufacturing or printing defect.

To request a refund, please email us at walkinlovebiz@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product
  • A complete unboxing video of the package

A full unboxing video from opening the sealed package is mandatory for refund claims related to damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Once we receive your request, our team will review the details and update you regarding approval.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Product has been used, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Original tags/labels are missing.
  • Minor color differences due to lighting, photography, or screen display settings.
  • Slight placement or size variations in prints that may naturally occur during the printing process.
  • Damage caused due to improper handling by the customer.
  • Size-related issues (we provide free size exchanges instead).

Returns Approved for Non-Defective Products

In rare cases where a return is approved even though the correct product was delivered without any defect, a reverse pickup/logistics charge of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount.

The product must be unused, unwashed, neatly folded, and packed securely for pickup.

Refund Method

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method wherever possible.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds can be processed based on customer preference through:

  • Store coupon code/credit
  • Bank transfer
  • UPI refund

Refund Timeline

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

The time taken for the amount to reflect may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Important Notes

  • Refund requests are processed once per order.
  • Walk In Love reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
  • Please do not accept packages that appear opened, damaged, or tampered with at the time of delivery.
