Return Policy

At Walk In Love, every product is carefully printed, packed, and checked before dispatch. We aim to deliver products that you'll truly love, but if something goes wrong, we're here to help.

1. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Email us at walkinlovebiz@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product
  • A complete unboxing video of the package

A full unboxing video from opening the sealed package is mandatory for return claims related to damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Once your request is verified and approved, we will help you with the return process.

2. Other Return Requests

Since our products are printed and processed on demand, we generally recommend exchanges wherever possible.

However, in rare cases where a return is approved even though the correct product was delivered without any defect, a reverse pickup/logistics charge of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount.

To qualify for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 15 days from delivery.
  • The product must be unused and unworn.
  • The product must be unwashed.
  • The product should have original labels/tags (if applicable).
  • The product must be folded properly and packed securely for reverse pickup.

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Return request raised after 15 days from delivery.
  • Product has been used, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Product is returned without meeting the required condition guidelines.
  • Minor color differences caused by lighting, photography, or screen display settings.
  • Slight variations in print placement or size due to the printing process.
  • Size-related issues (we provide free size exchanges instead).
  • Damage caused due to customer handling.

Return Pickup & Processing

For eligible returns, we will arrange a reverse pickup wherever the service is available.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund according to our Refund Policy.

Important Notes

  • Return requests are processed once per order.
  • Walk In Love reserves the right to approve or reject return requests based on eligibility.
  • Please avoid accepting packages that appear opened, damaged, or tampered with at the time of delivery.
