Exchange Policy
At Walk In Love, we want you to love what you wear. If you need a different size or face any issue with your order, our exchange process is simple and hassle-free.
1. Size Related Issues
Not the perfect fit? No worries!
We offer free size exchanges within 15 days from the date of delivery.
Simply email us at walkinlovebiz@gmail.com with your order details and preferred replacement size, and we'll help you process the exchange — no questions asked.
Please note:
- The exchange product must be the same product in a different available size.
- Size exchange is allowed only once per order.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The product should be folded properly and packed securely for reverse pickup.
2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product
Every order goes through quality checks before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we'll make it right.
Please email us at walkinlovebiz@gmail.com within 15 days from the date of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
- A complete unboxing video of the package
A full unboxing video from opening the sealed package is mandatory for damaged, defective, or incorrect product exchange claims. Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
Once verified, we will arrange an exchange for the correct replacement product at no additional cost.
Reverse Pickup & Processing
For eligible exchange requests, we will arrange a reverse pickup wherever the service is available.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, your replacement product will be processed and shipped.
Non-Exchangeable Cases
Exchanges will not be accepted in the following situations:
- Exchange request raised after 15 days from delivery.
- Product has been used, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- Product is returned without original labels/tags (if applicable).
- Minor color differences caused by lighting, photography, or screen display settings.
- Slight variations in print placement or size due to the printing process.
- Damage caused due to customer handling.
Important Notes
- Exchange requests are processed once per order.
- Walk In Love reserves the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
- Please avoid accepting packages that appear opened, damaged, or tampered with at the time of delivery.
